This Week at a Glance

Reading - Unit 6 theme is "Freedom." This week's question is "What is the best way to keep your freedom?" Students had a thought provoking discussion about ways people keep their freedom, such as giving speeches or peaceful demonstrations, fighting, moving away or running away, sharing land, and voting. We're reading the legend of the lost city of Atlantis!

Writing - We're working on our end-of-year journal writing to record our memories of this school year.

Math - Students are continuing the unit on data and probability by predicting outcomes and doing probability experiments.

Specialties - We're thick in the middle of our annual Kickball Tournament! Come cheer us on as we practice our skills and our number 1 rule: Good Sportsmanship!
